At Bumpicare, we strive to make our shipping process as straightforward as possible for all orders placed on our website.

Shipping Locations: Currently, we only ship to Indian zip codes.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above a minimum amount, which is periodically updated. The shipping rates displayed at checkout are final.

Shipping Schedule: Orders placed before 1 PM are shipped on the same day, while orders placed after 1 PM are shipped the next day. In rare instances, there may be delays, and we will keep you informed accordingly. We ship from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Time: The estimated shipping time is 2-5 days, depending on the location, courier load, and other factors. We ship through reputed courier agencies, including Blue Dart, FedEx, Aramex, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and DTDC, choosing the most reliable partner for each destination.

Order Delivery Timeframe (as per Shipping Policy): Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Single Destination Shipping: Each order is shipped to a single destination address specified at the time of payment. If you need to ship to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Handling Damaged Packages: If the product or packaging appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package and contact us at +918178399981 or email us at info@bumpicare.com with your order reference number. We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

Invoices: All items, including gifts, will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Special Requests: We try to accommodate special requests like expedited delivery or specific delivery times, but we cannot guarantee that our courier partners will fulfill these. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any special requests.
